Notification of Unauthorised Absence

We do not authorise holidays in term time. Exceptional circumstances may be considered e.g. funeral.
You must inform the school office of any planned absences by obtaining and completing a notification of term time unauthorised absence form prior to the absence. This includes any medical appointments and proof of the appointment will need to be provided.
